Court Cures

Basketball players in North America have a "big problem" when it comes to jump shooting, especially young players according to national shooting specialist, Coach Jim Clayton.

Coach Clayton has helped a variety of NBA players improve their jump shots such as OJ Mayo of the Memphis Grizzlies and Michael Jordan to name a few. Jim is regarded as one of the premier shooting instructors in the nation and has become a highly sought after speaker on the "Art of Shooting".

He's also the owner/CEO of Sports City U Basketball Academy, a year round training facility based out of West Virginia. It's dedicated to improving basketball skills and instills a work ethic that never lets an opponent out perform their players.

Coach Clayton also identifies the problem with LeBron's shot, how Shaq can become a better free throw shooter and why it's so important to understand how the shot and dribble play can help improve a players jump shot.
