Reflection with Wayman Tisdale

The NBA Breakdown reflects back on a very special conversation with the late Wayman Tisdale before his passing in May 2009.

At the time, he shared his story about his battle with cancer that claimed his right leg. Despite his personal challenges, he maintained a positive attitude with the help of his family.

This smooth jazz bass guitarist was an inspiration to many and The NBA Breakdown is proud to reflect on its conversation with a solid basketball pro, a talented musician and a beloved humanitarian.
